Refund & Cancellation Policy

I Web Wala uses complete transparent cancellation and refund policy. Following are the key points of policies with regard to cancellation of orders and refunds.

Cancellation Policies

  • The request is valid only if the execution of the project has not yet started.
  • Withdrawals will be considered valid without confirmation from the box office. The confirmation must be confirmed by the relevant company or company management.

Refund Policies

We will not pay for any completed service. When interacting with our services, clients need to understand the nature of SEO services. We will not ask for a refund if there is a drop in website traffic after our project is completed.

For all other services, we will not be responsible for fulfilling any refund requests from the customer in the event of program cancellation. Maybe the website needs some maintenance. In addition, the customer has to offer additional services on the website that are not specified in the product. In such cases, such services will be charged separately from existing services.
